Located in Val Verde County due west of Houston, the 13,000 sq.ft. resort house is co-designed by Houston architect Joe Milton, AIA, with interiors by Sheridan Williams of Sheridan Clark, Inc. and landscaping by John Troy of San Antonio.

The resort house is comprised of a series of scaled rooms ranging from a cozy bar to a larger entertainment area to the vast great room as seen through the bar's archway.
